Fr Stanislaus Hogan, OP visits Archbishop Mannix at Raheen on behalf of the Irish Provincial to request a parish. “Certainly!” was the reply.
The Dominican Fathers took possession of Sir John Higgins’ residence, Riversdale Road. They recited the hymn, Te Deum.
